Chin-Roushi, 陳宗明

The individual known as Chin-Roushi is a skilled martial artist who serves as the 102nd successor of the Choujin Martial Arts. He was responsible for teaching Ramenman the Essential Battle Dragon Style. Although not commonly seen, he occasionally reappears in unexpected locations and startles Ramenman. In his youth, Chin-Roushi roamed the land, eliminating malefactors.
