Suikotsu was part of the Band of Seven and possessed two distinct personalities. One side of him was a kindly doctor who cared for orphans, while the other was a cruel killer that earned him a place in the Seven-Man Army. When he succumbed to his evil nature, he displayed a dry sense of humor and an unquenchable thirst for blood. On the other hand, when his good self emerged, he would often hallucinate that he had blood on his hands. It's possible that Suikotsu has another personality, as evidenced by his behavior after falling off a rope bridge, where he exhibited characteristics of both his previous personalities.
