Samantha and Bourne were two pilots who led the Dark Forces, a bandit gang operating in Blue City's desert region. They flew a Brachiozilla (Brachio Rex) and Missile Tortoise, which could combine into the Brachio Tortoise. The group targeted Mach Storm for stealing a cargo that Haldo was transporting.
