In Session 23 of "Brain Scratch," Doctor Londes is introduced as a leader in the movement. He's known for being a skilled hacker, but suffered from an accident that left him incapacitated early on. Despite his anger towards society, he founded Scratch and managed to create a false persona under the name "Doctor Londes." This persona was carefully crafted with fake images and background information.
