Shark of Tonkin Bay

A former south vietnamese air force pilot who had several encounters with mickey during the vietnam war. he was nicknamed "shark of tonkin bay" due to his aggressive flying style. nguyen frequently argued with shin, particularly after shin shot down a friendly fighter whose pilot was blinded. although he enjoyed engaging enemy pilots and even fired at an ejecting enemy pilot, nguyen eventually came to respect shin. tragically, he met the same fate as the pilot he had shot down when he was killed during his own ejection from an aircraft. while nguyen is featured in both the ova and manga series, he does not appear in the eclipse comic series.
