Yūki is an enigmatic female character whom Takaaki encounters at school during evening hours. Despite being elusive and not commonly visible, she consistently carries with her a notebook known as the "Trash Basket Notebook". In the anime series, a flashback in Episode 13 reveals that Yūki was once a distraught young girl who wept due to relocation.
