Seiichis younger sister, Hotaru, despite being a high school student at the time, became curious about the mysterious disappearances in Lovely Hills due to her brother's influence. Initially skeptical of the existence of Hell Hotlines, she changed her mind after meeting Kikuri and visiting Takumas house. There, she saw candles with names of people who requested vengeance and victims sent to Hell. Although she couldn't find Takumas name on them, she believed he was innocent.
