Chiffon is a third year student and the current rank no.1 Pandora of the West Genetics Academy. She also serves as the student council president and escorted Kazuya on his first day at the academy. Despite her friendly demeanor, she takes school rules very seriously, particularly when it comes to unofficial battles among Pandoras. Although Chiffon seems afraid of Satellizer like most students in the academy, she is actually quite powerful and has unique abilities that set her apart from other Pandoras. For example, she possesses a self-devised ability called "Illusion Turn," which allowed her to defeat Arnett McMillian with a single strike. Chiffon's abilities have been proven through her victory over Milena Marius, a fourth year Chevalier from East Genetics, who she defeated seemingly without getting any scratches, with the help of Ticy Phenyl. She is ranked first among all West Genetics third-year students and is one of the world's top five ranking Pandoras, currently holding the number one spot.
