Yukika, a policewoman with a bit of clumsiness but charm, initially suspected the Nerima Daikon Brothers after discovering that their schemes led to building collapses. To gather more information, she disguised herself as "Lady Deb" and became fascinated by the group, particularly Pandaikon and Ichiro. She employed gadgets similar to Inspector Gadget's and had two mechanical pets named Karakuri 1 and Karakuri 2. The Japanese public often referred to her as "Lady Dewi," a nod to Dewi Sukarno.
