VV is an electronic operation specialist working for the American Military Intelligence Special Operational Forces under the code name "VV". She appears to be female, but her real gender and other personal details are unknown. Her mission is to retrieve or destroy a stolen military module called the special military module. During the operation, she collaborates with Kusanagi Motoko of the 9th division to save Logicoma, who has a copy of the parallel code for the module hidden within it. This makes Logicoma a target for the enemy.
