Dr. Litchi Faye-Ling is a renowned doctor who operates a clinic in Orient Town, Kagutsuchi. She has an assistant named Lin Hua and previously worked with Tager and Kokonoe in Sector Seven until the incident where Arakune was transformed into his current form. Litchi is dedicated to restoring him to his former self through any means necessary, even death. Despite her respect for Bang, she remains unaware of his true feelings for her. She is popular among the Kaka clan living beneath Kagutsuchi and often brings them food or teaches their members. At some point, Litchi took an object from the Boundary called Lao Jiu, a panda hairpiece that amplifies Seithr and allows her control over her staff. She is also the main character in "Teach Me, Miss Litchi!" episodes where she tries to teach Taokaka about BlazBlue.
