A member of Scar Chain, an organization comprised of individuals known as Deadmen who oppose the prison and seek to reveal the truth to the world at large, is Karako. This individual holds Nagi, their leader, in high regard and works tirelessly to help him achieve his goal of liberating the Deadmen from confinement. Karako possesses a unique ability called Branch of Sin that allows her to envelop herself in blood, thereby increasing her physical strength when utilizing either Wushu martial art style or defending herself. Additionally, she can utilize this technique to close up wounds. As a former nurse, she wears a small bell as a necklace and was once employed in the medical field prior to her time spent within DW.
