GEAR vice-commander Vega has a masked face and long blonde hair. She possesses superhuman combat abilities and agility, utilizing her powerful motorcycle "Valkyrie" in battle. Her weapon of choice includes whip-like weapons, throwing blades, and explosives. In reality, she is Orie Kusanagi, the mother of Hokuto Kusanagis disguised as Vega. She uses a wig to conceal her true identity, which was an alien girl who crash-landed on Earth with the Data Weapons. Her appearance as Orie Kusanagi is also a form of disguise, as she utilizes hair dye and contacts to hide her original turquoise hair and eyes.
