Seaquant was a blacklist hunter who served the zoldyck family. prior to the start of the story, he and his group attacked the zoldyck estate but were defeated by canary, a young female trainee at the time. impressed with her abilities, seaquant asked to become a servant of the zoldycks. he is now friends with zebro, the old groundskeeper of the family. seaquant first appears when gon, leorio and kurapika are trying to find killua in the estate. he allows them to stay and train with their heavy equipment until they are strong enough to open the testing gate. after netero's death, he participates in the election for the 13th hunter chairman at the hunters association headquarters.
