The emperor of the Misurugi empire was also known as the father of Julio, Ange, and Sylvia. He previously ruled over the kingdom until his eldest son, Julio, exposed Ange as a "Norma" during her baptismal rite. This led to the emperor suffering a heart attack and becoming grief-stricken upon learning about his wife's death while protecting Ange. Although it is unclear if he was aware of Ange's status as a "Norma," Julio had him restrained and eventually executed.
