Yukinas older brother was a soldier who belonged to the Kwantung Army, but he disappeared without any trace along with his platoon while they were stationed in Manchuria. This leads Yukina on a search for him. It is later discovered that he has been following his own interpretation of Pan-Asianism and becomes an adversary to Sakurai Kikan. Additionally, he possesses an unidentified power.
