Kousuke was an investigator in Special Class who used to work with Kureo Mado before they were assigned to China for a major mission. He previously worked with Seidou Takizawa on the Gourmet case, which took place in the 20th Ward. Kousuke is highly skilled at mastering quinque and has surpassed Kureo's abilities. Currently, he is part of the S3 Squad.
