Sylvan Kirisaki  

Meister Kirisaki, マイスター霧崎, シルヴァン

Sylvan is the manager at Pantasia Main Branch and also serves as a judge for bread competitions. His real name is Sylvan (シルヴァン), which is half-French. He's the son of Yuichi Kirisaki, and his peacock feather mask is skillfully hidden by Meister's mastery of magic tricks. The feathers in Meister's mask change depending on how good the bread being tasted is. Sylvan has a following of fan girls who follow him whenever they can. Meister had a challenging childhood, with his mother owning a bread store at the time she met Yuuichi. They fell in love and had Meister, but when she became pregnant again with Sophie, he left to pursue his dream of creating traditional Japanese-style bread. He returned after some time, bringing back loaves of bread for Meister, only for Kirisaki to greedily eat them all in front of him. This incident never forgave Meister.
