Wien is a new transfer student from Austria who has lived there for twelve years. Although he's familiar with Japanese customs, his time away has made him unfamiliar with them. To learn more about proper etiquette, he consulted books and sometimes used gestures incorrectly, resulting in humorous situations when introducing himself on the first day.
