In the first season, it appeared as if Dispel had control over Silky, who seemed like a submissive slave. However, in the second season, we learned that Silky was actually quite independent and more manipulative than Dispel ever imagined. Although her intentions remain unclear, she uses her minions to disrupt Noelle's training at every turn.
