In essence, Shibusawa possesses the ability to create a mystical fog known as "Dragon's Breath," which separates powers from their users and manifests in either a unique form or an eerie white-eyed mimic of the user. These separated abilities attempt to kill their original owners, transforming into gems upon successful execution. Draconia's collection room is a lavish dome with pillars, stained glass windows, and numerous shelves housing red gems. After Shibusawa's death, he was mysteriously revived as a amnesiac version of himself, capable of 'revival' so long as his gem collection maintained his existence. However, following Fyodor Dostoevsky's murder of Shibusawa again, a fragment of the ability-gathering gem was placed on Shibusawa's separate skull, reuniting him with his true body and form, including memories intact. As a result, Shibusawa emerged as a dragon-hybrid, physically powerful and agile, making him a formidable adversary. Fyodor explains that the combined manifestation of all abilities' true forms is that of a dragon, hence why Shibusawa assumes this draconic appearance.
