Mariya Mikado

Mariya has known Mizuhos childhood friend since a young age and is very familiar with him. When it was decided that Mizuho would attend an all-girls school, Mariya took it upon herself to transform him into a girl by using makeup, the school uniform he was supposed to wear, and some prostheses. She enjoyed dressing him up as a girl and had fun doing so. Mariya has a lively personality that she uses to ensure Mizuho behaves in a feminine manner, including through the use of mild violence. She also has a temper, which sometimes leads her to do impulsive things or hold grudges intensely, such as against Takako. For most of their friendship, Mariya has been there for Mizuhos support whenever he needed it. However, after realizing that Mizuho had become more self-confident and mature without her even noticing, she feels unsure about how to interact with him. Additionally, Mariya discovers romantic feelings towards Mizuho that she was previously unaware of. She is a member of the Track and Field Club.
