Lalo

Lalo (Landlord) is a bald blue-skinned creature with a daikon radish-shaped head who rents Milk's apartment. Despite Milk consistently being six months late on her rent, Lalo tries to collect it regularly. However, whenever he attempts to get payment, Milk does or says something that surprises or tricks him, causing him to run back home. Lalo is also anxious because he once thought he lost his "purse," but found it after making a fuss over it. In the Japanese version of episode 9, "Financial Decay Peninsula," Lalo admits to being homosexual. This is openly discussed in multiple episodes.
