Ruf Automobile's owner operates an auto repair shop and tunes vehicles, including his own Skyline. His Hakosuka Skyline is equipped with a tuned L28 engine and performance upgrades such as an intercooler. Despite being destroyed in battle with Mayumi the 7th, he managed to fix his Skyline and dream of driving it at Fuji Speedway. He enjoys cars, women, and owns a dog. Junichi Nomura shares his name with Ken Nomura, a D1 Grand Prix driver and former baseball player who uses Nissan Skylines.
