Karao, also called Torso, is a notorious ghoul who specializes in killing humans by taking only their torsoes and decapitating them. The CCGs Mado and Shimoguchi Squads have investigated him. Currently, he's associated with Aogiri Tree and uses taxis to travel around Tokyo.
