Ralph-303  

One of the SPARTAN-II commanders featured in "The Homecoming" is Ralph-303, who, together with other Spartans, rebelled against their trainers prior to receiving the augmentation process that would grant them liberty and allow them to return home. Prior to being conscripted into the SPARTAN-II program by Dr. Catherine Halsey in 2517 at six years old, Ralph was abducted and taken to Reach where he was trained alongside other Spartan children under the guidance of AI Déjà and Chief Petty Officer Mendez.
