Yayoi is a kind-hearted girl who is very sheltered and relies on Kanako for support. Though she uses a wheelchair, she appears to be the only person that Kanako does not resent. In the anime's storytelling parody vignettes, Yayoi tells her tale with quietness but often ends by saying something foolish, which is cut off promptly. Additionally, Yayoi plays the piano exceptionally well.
