Ritsuko is an idol who became one due to a lack of female talent being scouted by 765 Production after graduating from high school. She has both business and celebrity sides, and often critiques the Producer if she thinks he's not doing his job correctly. Despite her status as an idol, Ritsuko maintains a conservative appearance with glasses and modest pigtails. Even during events or costume changes in the game, she never removes her glasses or lets down her hair.
