Flint is part of Team Rocket and was first introduced in "Out of Control Pendra! Rescue Kibago!" when Giovanni sent him to aid Jessie, James, and Meowth on a mission. In "Rival Battle! Strong Opponent Pururiru!", Flint arrived in a truck to help the trio escape from Officer Jenny and backup. However, their vehicle toppled down into the ground below after driving past the point where there was any road at all. Despite this, they were safe due to jetpacks, and Flint gave them a briefcase before flying off. Flint reappeared in "Ishizumai! Take Back Your House!" where he issued orders for Jessie to retrieve an item from a research facility. Later, he met up with the group again and received the desired item from Jessie's hand.
