The main character of the series is a young woman named Koko, who is an arms dealer and daughter of global shipping magnate Floyd Hekmatyar. She belongs to HCLIs European and African Logistics Division and is known for her physical attractiveness, with long silver-white hair, pale alabaster skin, striking blue eyes, and a trademark smile that remains present even under difficult circumstances. Koko is extremely charismatic and bold, which has contributed significantly to her success in business as well as the loyalty of her subordinates. Despite appearing bubbly and slightly childish at times, Koko is actually quite ruthless and has been referred to as a monster by various characters. R reveals that she never shows her true emotions since he met her, although before the series began, she displayed more emotion when Hex attacked her, begging her subordinates for help. After Echo's death, Koko took his final words to heart and continues to smile no matter what happens. Koko has a deep attachment to her team members, going so far as to use Jormungand to save them.
