Rindou is an Elite Ten Council member at Tootsuki Culinary Academy, currently holding the 2nd seat. She's a 90th Generation student and stands tall with long dark red hair that falls to her shoulder blades. Her bangs partially cover her left eye. Rindou has distinctive cat-like features such as yellow eyes with slitted pupils, prominent teeth, and she wears a standard Tootsuki uniform without the tie. Additionally, she wears a beige sweater underneath her jacket which peeks out of the cuffs, covering her palms.
