Chifusa is the successor of the Manyu clan and an accomplished samurai. She has a hot-headed, impulsive personality but is also incredibly loyal and kind-hearted. However, she struggles with her attraction to buxom women due to spending time with her mother, which often puts her at a disadvantage against assassins sent after her. Despite being born into the Manyuu family, Chifusa despises their unfair system of judging a woman's worth based on the size of her breasts and steals the Scroll of Secrets, which contains techniques for enlarging breasts. She is also the only person capable of using Breast Flow, a technique that allows her to control the shape and size of breasts. Initially, she can only use this power to absorb other women's breasts, but after mastering it, Chifusa aims to ensure all Japanese women have a decent-sized bust. She dislikes large breasts, how they are treated, and manipulating people with them, such as at maid inns where large-breasted girls work.
