Meet Haruto, a former CIRS agent who now serves as a tactical instructor at Mihama Academy and as a handler for its students. Despite his youthful appearance, he has extensive experience in the field and maintains friendships with several current members of CIRS. Although he exudes warmth and kindness, Haruto is often teased by the girls under his charge due to their tendency to treat him like just another kid. He can be quite guarded about his past, with some memories being rather hazy and gaps in his work history remaining. While gunplay isn't one of Haruto's strong suits, it's believed that this apparent ineptitude is a deliberate ploy on his part. Food isn't something he's particularly interested in, usually opting for a simple salad to satisfy his hunger. On the battlefield, Haruto often issues strategic commands but rarely finds himself in the trenches. He wields a sword, though it doesn't follow the traditional Japanese katana design.
