In the anime series "Kiss x Sis," Mako Yakumaru poses as a school nurse to attempt an assassination on Midou Kusasbi after failing to kill Tsukune. She uses her powers of Moka against Tsukune and his friends, but this tactic fails. In the second season, episode 4, Mako is revealed to be the actual school nurse rather than a disguise.
