Kai Okita  

Kai possesses blonde hair and red eyes, and one distinctive feature of this character is that he sports a metal claw on his right hand. Unlike other "evil guys" in Let's & Go!!, Kai was forced to act meanly by Dr. Ogami. Despite having a mysterious aura around him, Kai later turns out to be an ally for the Seiba brothers. His racing car is called Beak Spider Zebra.
