The character Itou initially informs the Oni-Baku about their rivals Kamata and Saejima. She attended the same junior high school as them and eventually develops feelings for Eikichi, but he is preoccupied with fighting over Kaoru, causing a conflict between Tsukai and Onizuka. Itou becomes Tsukai's girlfriend throughout the series, and in GTO we learn that they are married. She is the first female member of the Oni-Baku-gumi and primarily appears at their gatherings in later volumes.
