In the Sacred Law country, a young man named Keith tries to protect what is dear to him. While staying at the village where Noah was a guest (Neotopia), he mistakenly thought that Noa was an enemy soldier or spy working for the government when he saw him looking at a monument near the cliff. Despite this, Keith rejects enlisting in the Neotopian army and instead chooses to have fun. He later fights with Gale after wounding Aisha. After being assumed dead, Keith is found alive as a prisoner escaped from Neotopia. His wounds are healed by the government only so that he can be executed for treason. Zed and Roya are tasked with escorting him back to Neotopia, but due to circumstances during teleportation, they end up in Tusk instead. In Tusk, Noa meets Zed and executes Keith according to the laws of Neotopia after Zed leaves.
