Kisalagi, キサラギ

As leader of the Kisaragi Family and spiritual guide for the Black Roses, Kisaragi holds the belief that both scientific advancements and foolish individuals (now deceased) have contributed to humanity's current state of decline. If the world seems headed towards destruction, she suggests that women should embrace their fate and let extinction take its course rather than searching for hope in science, which may have caused the problems in the first place. Kisaragi herself is a result of genetic experimentation, with features including pale skin, long white hair, and gills on her sides.
