Coby Hansen  

In Cybertron, Coby Hansen is a 14-year-old mechanically inclined individual who lives with his younger and older brothers in Colorado. He enjoys dirtbike racing and has worked at a mechanics shop. As the primary human character of the television series, comic book series, and children's toys manufactured by Takara Tomy in conjunction with Hasbro, Coby is often called upon to do repairs for the Transformers. After finding and aiding the damaged Landmine, he develops a friendship with him and later refits a destroyed Scrapmetal as his own personal vehicle called the Cobybot. This earns him an Autobot Commission and an active role in battles against the Decepticons. Throughout the series, Coby is very protective of his little brother Bud.
