Nagisa, an average schoolgirl, gets drawn into the conflict between Cthulhu and Iczer-1. It all starts when Iczer-1 calls out her name in her dreams. During her commute to school, she encounters a blonde with pointed ears (Iczer-1) who disappears before she can introduce him to her friend. Things become increasingly bizarre as Nagisa experiences what she believes are hallucinations at school and is confronted by classmates wearing masks with eyes in their mouths on the rooftop. The Cthulhu and Iczer-1 can harness strong emotions like Nagisa's as a source of power. As an emotional girl, her feelings could be channeled into a potent weapon. This is demonstrated when she becomes part of the Iczer Robo and becomes enraged over the loss of her parents, which amplifies the robot's energy to kill Cobalt.
