Shinkuros employer, for whom he would do anything, is a woman who helped him when he was young and whom he deeply respects. She's calm and relies on her intuition. As per Murasakis mother's last wish, she took Murasaki out of the Inner Sanctuary and placed her in Shinkuros care because she believes they share similar qualities.
