D3  

D3, a supervisor in charge of the third dimension, serves Lady Tokimi and her fellow Chousin (as directed by Tsunami). He first appeared before Dr. Clay to report on Tenchis powers during his fight with Z. Although he could have also confirmed the person that Clay was searching for, D3 disappeared when Clay agreed to speak with him. Afterward, Tokimi ordered Clay to bring Washu to her, and D3 instructed Clay not to harm her. Following Dr. Clays capture, D3 was surprised to learn that Tenchi Masaki had the ability to convert matter, but could only generate three Lighthawk wings. He also administered treatments to block off all memories related to Tokimi in order to conceal her existence. D3 knew that Z planned to disregard Tokimis orders not to harm Tenchi and observed his final battle against Tenchi alongside other interdimensional directors.
