Yasochika Iemura

The 3rd officer of the 4th division and leader of the first relief team under Captain Retsu Unohana is Iemura. He is also the Vice-President of the Shinigami Men's Association. Despite being highly ranked, he comes from the weakest combat division, so he refers to other divisions as "3rd seaters" with a "-sama" suffix. Iemura is quite vain and likes to act cool, but he also thinks that glasses make him look better. He was born on February 29th. His diary-keeping habits are meticulous, although sometimes they defeat the purpose by narrating what he's writing in it, especially when lamenting something. Iemura takes direct command of his division like a general, and his speedy treatments rival those of Lieutenant Isane Kotetsu.
