She is Kojou Akatsukis and Nagisa Akatsukis mother as well as the ex-wife of Gajou Akatsuki. In addition, she is a doctor of magic / magic physician and is the Head researcher of the (MAR) Magna Ataraxia Research Lab medical department. MAR is one of the worlds leading magic industrial complexes. She claimed that she can know everything thats wrong with a person once she touches their skin. She has a very childish personality, who also likes to play a lot of childish games and jokes on others as seen when Yukina Himeragi and Kirasaka Sayaka first met her, she also seems to eat a lot of snacks. However, she is quite serious when it comes to anything supernaturally or medically involved. So you could say that she has the personality of a kid but the mind of a professional. Shes mad at Gajou for always putting their children in harms way. The fairys coffin incident proved to be the final straw between them and decided to get divorced. Since then, she had been her daughters personal physician. There is an age difference of 10 years or older between her and Gajou, she gave birth to Kojou when she was around 16 years old. She also made a contract with Avrora to keep her daughter safe and kept the 12th familiar inside Nagisa. After the incident, she preserved Avroras body at MAR as a part of the "Sleeping Princess" project.
