The Blue Pacifier is held by Colonnello, a former member of the elite Italian Navy unit known as COMSUBIN. He trained at Mafia Land's training ground and was once a rival to Reborn, with whom he would often consider each other's attacks weak before proceeding to attack one another. Despite their rivalry, Colonnello shares many traits with Reborn, including being a merciless tutor, suddenly taking naps, and possessing a sharp tongue. He finishes his sentences with the word "hey." As a former military member, Colonnello is not afraid to use heavy artillery; he was able to destroy an entire fleet of ships with one anti-tank rifle. His name means colonel in Italian, fitting his status as a high-ranking officer. An eagle perched on top of his head helps him fly quickly to distant locations and seems to be synchronized with Colonnello's naps. During the Vongola Tournament, Colonnello became Ryohei's home tutor and lived in his house. In the future, it is revealed that as an adult, Colonnello attempted to take Lal's place by following the original seven Arcobaleno on the day they were turned into babies. This led him to obtain the Blue Pacifier meant for Lal, resulting in Lal being transformed into an incomplete Arcobaleno.
