One of Yui, Mio, Tsumugi, or Ritsu's classmates in Class 3-2 at Sakuragaoka High School. Akane is reserved and tends to follow the lead of her closest friend Eri Taki, who encouraged her to join the volleyball team. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career as a cosmetologist.
