Vector Crocodile is a large, muscular crocodile who serves as the leader of the Chaotix Detective Agency. He has a tough exterior but is intelligent and skilled at solving cases. Although he can be bossy at times, he's also easy-going and uses rough language to mask his clear thinking. Vector charges for most jobs but won't take on anything that involves doing something unethical. Despite his argumentative nature, Vector has a strong sense of justice and often does work for free due to his charitable disposition. He hates working for landlords but enjoys singing and is known for wearing headphones. Vector is incredibly strong with powerful jaws that make him formidable in combat. Originally, Vector was intended to be part of the sound test for Sonic the Hedgehog game, making him one of the oldest characters alongside Sonic and Robotnik.
