Dr. myuu is an antagonist in dragon ball gt who possesses great scientific knowledge but has become obsessed with acquiring absolute control over the universe. to achieve his goal of dominance, he creates a powerful enforcer named general rilldo and attempts to gather the black star dragon balls for use in creating baby, his ultimate creation. he also employs dolltaki, leader of the luud cult, who helps him create a giant machine mutant called luud as well as cardinal mutchy mutchy and leon.
