The student in question is from Kazemi senior high class 2-3 and serves as chairperson for the student council. She refers to Yoshikazu, her classmate, by the term "otouto-kun," meaning "little brother." Otome possesses magical abilities that were passed down from her father. It appears that she is one of only two individuals, alongside Sakura, who was aware that Yoshikazu was brought into existence as a result of a wish granted upon the Sakura tree.
