A young warrior who serves the Yomogawa family and acts as Ayame's personal bodyguard. Although he has impressive sword-fighting skills, he tends to be serious and truthful in his actions. He always upholds the honor of being a Bushi. Initially, he dislikes Ikoma, but eventually recognizes the value of Kabaneris. Later on, he is given a powerful katana that can easily penetrate a Kabane's heart.
